The Primary Care Respiratory Journal is our official journal and the official journal  of our UK member, the General Practice Airways Group (GPIAG) that holds the copyright.  It is published every two months and is indexed on Medline/Index Medicus, SCOPUS and EMBASE and is available in full text online at http://www.thepcrj.org/index.php

Writing for the PCRJ

We invite the submission of papers for publication on all aspects of respiratory conditions commonly found in primary and community settings in low, medium and  high income countries across the world.  The Primary Care Respiratory Journal publishes original research papers, reviews, discussion papers and letters relating to all aspects of respiratory conditions in primary and community care. We also aim to encourage research in primary care by publishing short reports of preliminary work and final reports or observations not requiring a lengthy write-up.

Assistance for inexperienced authors and those who first language is not English

We wish to expand the value of the PCRJ to our members, and so, in conjunction with the Editorial Board and the publisher, offer assistance to authors whose first language is not English, and for those new to submitting work for publication.   If you require more information please contact our Business Manager, Sam Louw.
